Midsummer Night Dream
For these easy cocktail recipes with whiskey, we used our favorite whiskey Westward Single Malt and we know you will enjoy it too.
- 2 oz Westward Single Malt
- 1 Ripe Pineberry
- Dashes of bitters
- Oak chips (for smoking)
Add 2 oz of Westward Single Malt to a tin or mixing glass. Add dashes of bitters and a ripe pineberry. Muddle the berry until pulverized. Add ice and stir thoroughly and strain over a large ice cube.
Add your Oak wood chips to your smoker to smoke the cocktail for 30-60 seconds. Garnish with an orange twist and pine berry slice.
The Whiskey Wolfhound
- 2 oz Westward Pinot Noir Cask
- 1 Oz Black Raspberry Liqueur
- 1 Oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
Add whiskey, raspberry liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lemon in a tin. Shake ingredients then pour over crushed Ice. Top with Hibiscus Infused Ginger Beer and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
Blackberry Whiskey Smash For Two
- 2 oz Simple Syrup
- 4-5 Blackberries
- 4-5 Mint Leaves
- 1 Squeezed Lemon
- 4 oz Westward Single Malt Whiskey
Add simple syrup, blackberries, mint, lemon, and whiskey in a tin. Muddle ingredients thoroughly (pulverize). Once the ingredients are muddled, pour into two crushed-iced chilled mason jars. Top cocktail with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig and a blackberry stick. Add straws, and enjoy!!
Pomegranate Old Fashioned
- 2 oz Westward Whiskey
- 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
- Splash of Bitters
- Splash of Orange Bitters
- Pomegranate seeds
- Orange garnish
Add all ingredients in a tin and shake well. Pour in a glass over ice and garnish with an orange slice.
