Spicy Strawberry Margarita
- 1 ½ cups Jalapeño Infused Teremana Blanco*
- 6 oz Fresh lime juice
- 8 oz Strawberry purée (frozen strawberries work best)
- 4 oz Agave Nectar
To a punch bowl, add 1 ½ cups of Jalapeño Infused Teremana Blanco, lime juice, strawberry purée, agave nectar, and ice and stir. Serve in rocks glasses and garnish with a strawberry and lime wheel.
Dulce Diablo
- 25 – .50 oz Amoretti Spicy Beverage Infusion (depending on spicy preference)
- 1.5 oz White tequila OR a Mezcal / Ahumado Tequila for a smoky taste
- 1 oz Aperitivo
- .75 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Fresh squeezed lime
- .5 – 1 oz Honey simple syrup
First, make the honey simple syrup. Add one cup of honey and 1/2 to 1 cup of warm water in a squeeze bottle. Cover the opening and give it a good shake. If the honey is still thick or hard in the pot on the stove continue letting it set over low heat. Stir until it’s combined and let cool.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake well. Serve over ice with a thick lime peel.
Paloma Smash
- 2 oz La Caza Tequila
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lime
- 2 grapefruit wedges
- Fresh mint
All tequila, grapefruit, simple syrup, and lemon and lime juice in a shaker. Shake well and pour over ice and garnish with grapefruit wedges and mint.
Spicy Mango Margarita
- 1/2 oz Amoretti Mango
- 1 1/2 oz White Tequila
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Fresh Lemon Juice
- Spicy Salt Rim
- Muddled jalapeños
Muddle jalapeños in iced tin. Add in Amoretti Mango, tequila, and lemon and lime juice. Rub glasses with fresh lime juice and add spicy salt to the rim. This is our favorite spicy salt. Shake ingredients in ten and pour over ice.
Hibiscus Ginger Margarita
- QMixers Hibiscus Ginger Beer frozen into popsicles
- 2 oz Cenote Tequila
- Splash of lime
- Splash of seltzer
The night before freeze the ginger beer in popsicle holders. Add popsicle to glass and add tequila, lime, and seltzer.
Ranch Water
- 1.5-2 oz Cenote Blanco
- .5 oz Simple sugar
- Squeeze of fresh lime to taste
- *Optional muddled jalapeños for spice
First, make the simple syrup by adding 2 cups of granulated sugar (or Demerara sugar) and one cup of water to a small saucepan set over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and let the cool before you make the cocktail. Add ingredients to the shaker—strain into a spicy salt-rimmed glass and top off with mineral water. Garnish with a lime.
